Lifetime Achievement Awards Banquet

The Festival weekend commences on Friday, November 13, with the customary celebratory evening—beginning with a cocktail hour at 6:00PM and and a delicious dinner at 7:00 PM that will culminate in the presentation of lifetime achievement awards. This year we will honor two distinguished leaders in the world of the flute—Bernard Z. Goldberg, former principal flute of the Pittsburgh Symphony, and David Straubinger, esteemed flute maker and creator of Straubinger Pads, the mainstay of many of our instruments today. As a special treat, the new duo phenomenon, Mazzanti and Stillman, will serenade the honorees! Plus, just by being there you may win a door prize item! Menu information Click Here

Banquet registration deadline is November 9, 2015.

Festival Headliners include:

Nicola Mazzanti, piccolo
The Cavatina Duo, flute & guitar
Mimi Stillman, flute
Paul Edmund-Davies, flute

In addition to leading masterclasses, both Mr. Mazzanti and Ms. Stillman are available for private lessons during their time in Chicago.
