Bart Feller Masterclass & RECITAL

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2014 AT 2 PM, GOTTLIEB HALL, MERIT SCHOOL OF MUSIC

Admission is free with a CFC membership or guest card and for students and faculty of the Merit School; $15 for non-members.

The CFC is thrilled to announce our next guest artist for our 25th anniversary season—Bart Feller, principal flute of the New Jersey Symphony and the Santa Fe Opera orchestras. His CFC recital will include works by Bartók, Schulhoff, Martin, Bach, and Takemitsu.

Take note! This program will also feature chamber music for which Feller has assembled a fantastic array of collaborators: Mimi Tachouet (Principal Flute, Lyric Opera of Chicago), Sonora Slocum (Principal Flute, Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra), and John McMurtery (Assistant Professor of Flute, Western Illinois University).

A masterclass will follow the recital; flutists of all ages and skill levels are welcome to apply.
