Pipeline, the Chicago Flute Club's newsletter, is published quarterly. Deadlines for submission of material are August 15 for Fall, November 15 for Winter, February 15 for Spring, and May 15 for Summer. Please contact Pipeline editor Valerie Simosko with your information.
Advertisement Policy
Paid advertisements for Pipeline are available at the rate of $100 per page, $75 per half page, or $50 per quarter page per issue. A 20% discount is offered for full-season advertising.
CFC members may advertise personal items for sale in Pipeline. This is intended solely as a service to CFC members seeking to sell or buy privately owned musical instruments, books and sheet music. This service is limited to the advertising of goods; members may not advertise services. The cost is $5 per advertisement, and advertisements may include more than one item offered for sale. There is no charge for listing stolen instruments. Advertisements will appear in one issue only, and will be printed in the earliest possible issue upon receipt of the editor.
Checks should be made payable to the Chicago Flute Club and sent with the advertisement as you would like it to appear to:

Call For Your Input
I welcome your input – comments, corrections, criticisms, accolades (hey, we're musicians, we all love those), short articles, "sound bites" (short stories about your flute/flute teaching life), pictures, cartoons, clip art, etc., and anything else you think would be of interest to our flute community.
It is our hope that the Pipeline will be an interactive newsletter, and not simply OUTPUT from the Board and the Editor. The Pipeline is the communication link with all CFC members. Please help me to make it truly interactive.
