Chicago Flute Club 2023 Festival: Together Again!

Registration

• 1. Regular Member Early Bird Registration – $40.00
  $50 after September 24th online or at the door
  (this is where Lifetime Members should register)
  Allowed to register one Non-Flutist guest for $30. Follow prompts as this must be done at the same time as your registration. It cannot be added later.
• 2. Non-Member Early Bird Registration – $80.00
  $90 after September 24th online or at the door
  Allowed to register one Non-Flutist guest at $30. Follow prompts as this must be done at the same time as your registration. It cannot be added later.
• 3. Student Member Early Bird Registration – $25.00
  $30 after September 24th online or at the door.
  Must be full-time student enrolled in a grade school, high school, university/college level undergrad or graduate program.
  Allowed to register one Non-Flutist guest at $10. Follow prompts as this must be done at the same time as your registration. It cannot be added later.
• 4. Student Non-Member Early Bird Registration – $50.00
  $55 after September 24th online or at the door.
  Must be a full-time student enrolled in a grade school, high school, college/university level undergrad or graduate program.
  Allowed to register one Non-Flutist guest at $10. Follow prompts as this must be done at the same time as your registration. It cannot be added later.
• 5. Student Group Rate for Flute Choirs and Studios Registration
  Do not fill out any form here! Please contact membership@chicagofluteclub.org to begin the process for this discounted registration. 1 Regular Member fee $40 (teacher or flute choir leader) can then offer festival rates of $15 each for 5+ students. This group rate is for 5+ students in Flute Choirs or Flute Studios with a registered attending Director or Teacher. Remember all students must be members of the CFC to receive this discounted festival rate. Deadline for student group rates is also September 24th.
• 6. Exhibitor Table Registration – $150.00
  Exhibitors will receive one 6-ft table and two chairs for $150. If your business requires more than 1 table (limit of 3 tables), please contact industry@chicagofluteclub.org to process this request. Friendly reminder that exhibitors must be current CFC Corporate Members at the time of the festival.
• Gala Concert Only Ticket (6:30pm) – $30.00
  $30 for a single ticket general admission to the Gala Concert. Entrance into the Epiphany Center for the Arts begins at 5:45pm for this ticket. Doors will be open to the event hall inside at 6pm for seating.
  
  All registered Festival Attendees have access to the entire day of events including the Gala Concert. No additional ticket is necessary!

  Must be full-time student enrolled in a grade school, high school, university/college level undergrad or graduate program. Allowed to register one Non-Flutist guest at $10. Follow prompts as this must be done at the same time as your registration. It cannot be added later.
• Student Non-Member Festival Registration – $55.00
  Must be a full-time student enrolled in a grade school, high school, college/university level undergrad or graduate program. Allowed to register one Non-Flutist guest at $10. Follow prompts as this must be done at the same time as your registration. It cannot be added later.
